The client

Do you want to work for a company that is at the forefront of every successful company’s agenda? A fast-growing SaaS platform, this remote-first company builds ethics and compliance technology for every workplace. Their product empowers people to report misconduct and resolve some of the biggest problems that people can face in their careers, such as harassment, discrimination and fraud. They’re looking to change work culture, for good.

Having recently secured Series A funding they’re now looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer to join them and become a vital member of their team.

The role

You’ll be working to design and bring life to new products and features across their web and mobile apps. Become a champion of empathy for users, let their needs guide the product roadmap. You’ll be at the forefront of the market to understand product evolution requirements.

As the Product Designer, you’ll ensure the delivery of user experience is consistent across both mobile and web products, taking ownership of work and be responsible for every last detail.

The candidate

  • Experience designing mobile and web apps in a fast-paced environment
  • User-centred design approach
  • Able to research and understand client needs to rapidly develop and propose solutions
  • Strong experience with InVision, Sketch or equivalent
  • Love hands-on work – sketching concepts, defining flows and building prototypes
  • You’re proactive, creative, collaborative and adaptable
