Seeking a Product Designer with a strong understanding of design principles and collaborative skills, to work on a project from scratch in a cross-discipline product team. The opportunity to learn under an esteemed leader with experience at renowned companies in design.

You will be working alongside their team of designers and developers to prioritise and develop new features whilst ensuring the work is focused on the agreed desired outcomes, the product vision and purpose, and fits in with the overall product strategy.
This role will see you working as part of a cross-functional, collaborative product team. They understand that designers come in many different shapes and sizes but above all, they’re looking for:
Familiarity with using and managing Material, Figma or equivalent component libraries and design systems is useful.
Familiarity with different methodologies around shaping and prioritising work is very valuable.
Ability to structure research sessions, conduct interviews and synthesise and communicate the discoveries back to the wider product team to help shape the strategy and tactics of the team is crucial.
You should have a product mentality and be comfortable with all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial experimentation and requirements gathering through to delivery and support. Your past work should show that you are used to working and managing large projects: prioritising work streams, working efficiently and managing your own time, fleshing out creative concepts and effectively working, leading other designers and working with developers to bring everything to fruition to your own exacting standards.
