Lead UX Designer

This unique consultancy are looking for a passionate Lead UX Designer to join their team and really drive forward UX within the business.

The client

This client works with a variety of blue chip clients on an international scale, providing them with superior systems that are integral to their business. They are constantly expanding and understand the integral nature of UX to this growth. Their teams work together to combine a passion of technology with a desire to deliver amazing, high-class, innovative solutions.

The role

By joining the team of 9, you’ll be playing a key role within the design function here. By being both client-facing and also rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on, things will always stay varied and interesting!

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Mentor more junior members of the team
  • Lead the teams, write proposals and scope out design work
  • Be involved in bit of travel, 2-3 days per each project that you’ll be working on
  • Get involved in unique data visualisation projects

The candidate

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • An end-to-end designer, able to work from early stage ideation to high-fidelity design
  • Agency/consultancy background, able to juggle multiple clients
  • Experience owning projects and iteratively designing
  • Proven experience creating complex applications for desktop and mobile
  • Happy to take the unknown in your stride and not be fazed by unfamiliar territory
