Digital Innovation Hub seeks Lead UX Designer to help transform their traditional insurance and finance service through the power of new digital products and innovative features.

The client

My client set up their innovation hub some 3 years ago to help allow digital transformation to happen at a faster pace whilst allowing customers to become more financially stable through good digital products.

My client has a majority share of the market with over 30 million customers worldwide. Opportunity to make a huge difference, producing new exciting products that there users actively want.

Recently re organised the company to more a Spotify squad model which allows them to become more cross functional and collaborative. Currently have around 50 people in the UX & Design team with 5 managerial UX Leads owning products and features.

The role

You will be responsible for managing and owning the accounts and personalisation section. Very important role, managing up to 5 – 10 people. Work closely with data science team to allow you to personalise the experience, using analytics to help drive the product and service experience with help from User Research.

Important you can work collaboratively, sharing and working with other Leads and UX Designers from the cross teams.

The candidate

Ultimately you will be responsible for leading, driving and managing the team to deliver new and exciting features which drive the customers experience forward. You will be responsible for developing careers and will be seen as a leader in the business. Management experience is important, however happy for someone to step up.

Paying up to £90k + 12% bonus.
