Lead UX

Banking Software Company

Lead UX role working within an agency for a huge software banking company client.

This role will be supporting the leading banking company in creating a design centre of excellence. You’ll be working to support the setup of this alongside ensuring the program is delivered effectively by overseeing an existing UX team.

Also, you’ll promote the value of customer experience and design through engagements with senior stakeholders, executing work as part of key projects with banking clients. This role could involve overseeing a team or hands on UX work.

Within the team, you’ll support and coach more junior UXs, potentially being involved in hiring too.

The Candidate:

  • Experience building teams, management experience
  • Experience setting up design culture and new functions from scratch
  • Ability to flip from coaching to hands on UX
  • Vast experience in stakeholder management
  • Fully remote for now but need to be available to go to the office for key meetings.

This is a 4 month contract at £520/day outside of IR35.
