Social issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and vulnerable children are just some of the deep problems that this client seek to transform and improve – and they’re now looking for a Lead User Researcher to join their team and really drive forward their research practice to ensure they’re doing the best work possible
You will be instrumental in developing the user research practice of this brand, ensuring it is fully embedded into the organisation.
This role would be perfect for someone who has previous experience working within government or somewhere with social impact. Ideally you will have worked within a managerial/strategic role and will be confident coming in and setting the strategic vision for the research practise here.
