Lead User Researcher, London


This Non-Profit brand constantly strive to drive social change, working in partnership with government departments and local councils to impact real change to improve people’s lives within the UK.

The client

Social issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and vulnerable children are just some of the deep problems that this client seek to transform and improve – and they’re now looking for a Lead User Researcher to join their team and really get to the heart of what they do.

The role

You will be instrumental in developing the user research practice of this brand, ensuring it is fully embedded into the organisation. You’ll also be working with their social and public-sector partners to design new services and improve existing ones – all with the aim of improving people’s lives.

The candidate

This role would be perfect for someone who has previous experience working within government or with vulnerable people, and who is now looking to embed themselves within a new role whereby they can produce meaningful work and see their research have a tangible impact.

Ideal attributes:

  • Comfortable working within a Lead position, mentoring more junior members of the team
  • Working with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Confident developing and building out this brand’s approach to user research (best practice, training methods etc)
