Lead Service Designer required for initial 8 week strategic project for leading UK bank. You will be responsible for leading a team to help create a strategy for a new wealth and investment proposition. You will be required to map out problem space whilst building and mapping customer needs through User Research and thus creating a Service Blue Print.
Working very closely with User Researcher, you will lead within methodology and process.
Very important you have solid Service Design experience and have worked within the finance and ideally wealth and investment space before as they require you to get up to speed with things very quickly.
Ideally looking for someone to start ASAP, be onsite next week.
