Our client is looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Design Lead to partner with Product and business stakeholders. Your aim is to drive business and design strategies, that deliver ambitious revenue and audience growth targets, while placing users and content at the centre.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker that brings robust visual design backed by user and data insights to the brand and organization. You will have the opportunity to work across many of the brand’s initiatives, leading its vision for a new phase of growth in their digital memberships portfolio.
You’ll partner closely with UX writers and researchers, as well as a cross-functional product, engineering, marketing, and editorial team, to solve complex problems through the lens of digital subscriptions. An important remit is the need to remain true to the core characteristics of the brand as you lead it into a digital landscape.
This role will report to the Senior Product Design Lead, who oversees the user experience, visual identity, and creative strategy across all of their digital products, and will coordinate with cross-functional teams across the US, Europe, and India.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience building and maintaining design systems used across multiple brands and products. You will know how to operate in a matrix organization and will be able to present designs and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. You will learn how to adapt to processes and help shape how our design team operates daily.
