Fancy a new job change in 2019? Currently seeking a Lead Product Designer to head up the design function for this innovate fashion marketplace disrupting the way people find the right fashion for them. You will be shaping and leading the design of existing and new products that help them continually innovate across the entire suite of products.

The client

You would be joining a very exciting well established global start and have the ability to impact on the business which has over 65 million shoppers across over 60% of the world. Opportunity to report directly into the CEO and own the whole design and UX across the entire products.

The role

As Lead Product Designer you will be responsible for managing an existing team of 4 Product Designers and User Researches whilst hiring and growing the team by an initial 50%. Working in Tribes your role will be to oversee and enhance the performance of your team across the different tribes be it across supply or demand.

Your role will be a mixture of hands on work, management, stakeholder management and strategy.

Projects vary from BAU work through to adding new features of working on projects that disrupt and change the way people actually interact and the app.

The candidate

Due to the nature of the work and constant changing nature of a start up, important you are happy being flexible in your approach and can work in an environment where often Plan A or B doesn’t necessarily come through. Very important you can solve problems and think on your feet, constantly evolving and coming up with innovative ideas.

Company really values it staff offering around 30 days + bank holiday staff and a very healthy learning and development budget to make sure you can attend conferences, talks or workshops as they’re super keen your always learning and developing throughout.

Salary; £90,000
