This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up that's venture capital backed with a focus on building a platform to deliver flowers from local florists across the UK and USA.
They have been voted one of the top 100 start-ups for the last 3 years in a row and are looking to expand their team. The Engineering team is currently four, your task will be leading them. The vision is that towards the end of the year they’ll have two teams with yourself leading as the Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing a tool that provides inventory management.
- Developing a wholesale shop.
- Developing website builders and POS systems.
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
You will be required to have experience with the following:
- Strong skills in DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience with database management.
- Previous experience with Lambda would be a plus.
- Some experience managing teams.
