I am currently working with one of the UK's leading high-street fashion retailers. They are looking to hire the next person in their digital marketing & CRO team.

The client

I am currently working with one of the UK’s leading high-street fashion retailers. They are looking to hire the next person in their digital marketing & CRO team.

The role

This role is to support their digital teams to better understand how users interact with their digital products and services, providing key insights that will support product development and conversion.

The role

Identify key user journeys and flows across desktop, mobile and tablet products
Work with the Product Manager to measure the effectiveness of development and product releases
Help to establish KPIs at the start of every project
Analyse and understand the key behaviours, user flows and drivers behind conversion rates
Drive and challenge the organisation to optimise conversion rate through A/B testing and insights
Manage and create A/B tests and multi-variant tests + Deliver actionable insights from A/B tests and multi-variant tests
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and journeys across the website
Support or train others across the organisation on how we can use analytical tools effectively

The candidate

The person

Good understanding of ecommerce optimisation principles, methodologies, and best practices
Competent in all aspects of the analytical process including scoping of analysis, briefing of results, development of relevant and actionable recommendations and presentation of results
Advantageous to have experience of: Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Analytics, Fast Stats, Contentsquare.
Experience of using insight analytics to support User Experience (UX) and digital product development
Experience of extracting and manipulating data to produce reliable and robust results to complex questions
Experience and/or management of an A/B testing tool
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data/web analysis software
Able to understand nuances in datasets and be able to advocate effectively how best to garner insights from them
