The client

This ambitious brand is looking for a User Researcher to join their growing Product team and contribute to putting a smile on the faces of business owners nationwide.
You will be joining one other User Researcher in working across 3 product teams to ensure the business continue to develop products that the users truly want & need.
You will be conducting Qualitative & Quantitative research, identifying which research technique is most suited to each situation.
You will design and run user testing sessions, analyse and report findings and then use these to recommend appropriate changes.
You will be doing all this in their brand new open-plan offices in Central London!

The candidate

You will be:
✔️ User Researcher – 6 months commercial exp. Minimum
✔️Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders
✔️Experienced in – planning, delivering & analysing user testing sessions
✔️Experienced in – Qual / Quant research methods
✔️Experienced in – Producing questionnaires & moderator guides
