This role is within the London office of a well-regarded, global digital commerce agency who work with some of the biggest retail brands across the world.
This global digital commerce agency covers Consultancy, UX, Creative, Branding and Campaign. They design and build solutions with users at the core of their approach. Working with some of the biggest brands in the world, they are taking on challenges from clients which are more strategic and vital than ever for success.
They’re looking for a new Junior Account Manager to report directly into the Agency Executive. You’ll be responsible for end to end planning, management, and seamless delivery of projects (internal and client-facing) with support and guidance from the Agency Executive.
Partnering with the senior agency team, you’ll learn more about the agency business, from operational and delivery processes to the wide range of services they offer. This role will include taking on smaller projects, managing these end-to-end (including resourcing, budget management and daily client and team communications) ensuring it runs smoothly and meets set schedules.
Alongside this, you’ll be helping the team with everything from resource planning, proposal creation and contract administration. This is a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to adapt and get stuck in to helping the team when it’s most needed.
