They are currently leading the industry into a greener and more inspiring digital era. As such this retail giant are looking for a number of engineers to join them, from Mid through to Senior level. You’ll be joining one of their squads and helping to build out innovative and fully performative software, using best practice coding standards.
They’re huge fans of collaboration and like to solve problems as a team, talking through decisions and making use of whiteboard sessions. For the more senior roles, you’d also be expected to help mentor more junior members of the team, through paired programming and other means.
There’s a chance to architect software whilst they’re also looking for candidates who have a strong sense of software design, by displaying a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
They use Kubernetes and Docker for containerisation, so it would be a bonus if you’ve got any experience working in a real DevOps culture, as they’re looking to breed one here.
They’re offering a salary of up to £80K, as well as a pretty impressive list of benefits.
