They’re currently working to transition away from using an outsourced agency to building everything in house, so this is a key role for them. You’ll be working closely with management to transition and will be sitting next to their design, care management and marketing teams to rapidly iterate and deliver to roadmap requitements.
You will be helping to influence the technical direction of the team and engineering roadmap as well as identifying, anticipating and resolving any performance or scalability issues.
During Covid everyone has been working from home 95% of the time. When things return to a semblance of normality they’ll be offering at least 2 days a week working from home, as well as flexible working. They’re keen for people to really buy into the company so offer generous options as well as 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and the generic coffee and snacks to keep you going. Salary wise they’re offering up to £58K.
