This well-loved travel brand are looking for an experienced researcher, on a freelance basis (maternity leave cover).
This brand pride themselves on being an innovative tech brand who strive to put the user at the heart of everything they do…in fact their latest offering saves their customers on average 60-70% off a trip!
The role will involve working alongside their Product team, and providing help both strategically and hands-on to ensure the user is consistently being represented. This brand constantly evolve and improve their product and so your work will look at everything from identifying potential issues before they occur, to migrating into European markets.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience with complex projects, big data
- Pragmatic, can get on and deliver what they need to
- Mentoring piece, supporting the team
- Strong on generative research, field studies etc
- Leading multiple projects using mix of methodologies
- International language skills would be a massive bonus
Please note that this role is outside of IR35. Ideally they would like someone to start towards the end of March.
