Our client has over 40 years’ experience in proving the nation & international students some of the best graduate & post graduate courses across Law, Business, Technology & Healthcare.

As well as working with students they partner with some of the most influential law firm and company out there to help educate their staff.

The role

As the company is growing rapidly, attracting more students, and expanding into different markets it needs to drive the transformation of its platforms, digital products, and experience forward in order to help them scale and meet the growth of the business for the future.

As the Head of Product Management, you will report to the Director of Product Management, and you will play a vital role in leading the product strategy and delivery of their portfolio of products across their digital experiences and platforms.

Working alongside the engineering, product design and data teams you will be at the heart of helping them transform the business by making them become more customer centred to offer products that far exceed their user’s needs.

Some Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of talented product managers.
• Lead the full cycle of product management for your digital product portfolio and cross-functional teams.
• You will partner closely with Product Design to ensure user centred principles are applied in product design and development.
• You will partner closely with Engineering to ensure that they develop products in line with their overarching technology strategy.
• Create a thriving product community and be a product management evangelist across the company.
• Help set clear career development goals for your team, and regularly check in on progress.

The candidate

You’ll need to be an existing Head of Product management who has managed people, has experience in managing stakeholders & influencing them and knowing how to navigate larger organisations.

Some essential skills:

• Experience leading product within cross-functional delivery teams. You demonstrate domain expertise, business acumen, connection between product development and iteration towards company goals.
• Proven experience in developing commercially viable products and services.
• Highly collaborative approach to product development both with business and colleagues in technology.
• You are a flexible, creative communicator with strong written and verbal skills. You can consult, collaborate with & influence key stakeholders and groups.
• Excellent presentation and story-telling skills. Proven experience of managing and influencing cross-functional groups, driving alignment and consensus across the organisation.
• Coaching and people management experience. You can support and challenge your team to help them grow.

WFH Policy – 3 days a week in London Office (maybe some flex)
