The client

The client is a well-known charity who have huge ambitions for digital and creative. They help millions of people every year by creating exciting service design work that affects their brand, digital products, campaigns and fundraising.

The team are digital and creative leaders, collaborating across the organisation to deliver design, content, products and services, in an agile and data-driven manner.

It’s an exciting time to join as they have recently created a new delivery team by merging the digital and creative teams, reflecting in the multi-channel processes for each project.

The role

As the new Head of Delivery, you’ll be overseeing the implementation of the new delivery functions and ensure its ways of working are correct. You’ll be leading a small team of delivery managers and be responsible for delivery being up to standard, on time and within budget.

You’ll be working closely with Creative Leads and Product Managers, measuring demands against the capacity for the teams, being a role model for others, developing tools and techniques to raise skill levels within the team.

The candidate

For this role, you’ll need to have previously worked in a senior delivery role before, working alongside cross-functional teams. You’ll be great at developing and leading multi-disciplinary teams and have a continuous focus on improvement.

Experience building strong relationships with people at all levels from team members to stakeholders is also key. You’ll be amazing when it comes to optimising delivery processes and challenge ideas in a positive way.
