The long-term goal here is to create a single network where people and businesses can share their digital identity securely and interchangeably. Based in Shoreditch, the company currently has a tech team of around 12 developers, spread out across 2 different product teams. Each team is headed up by a tech lead and incorporates a mix of developers, designers and product managers. The team is highly diverse in terms of personality; however, they all embody the same core values (trust, empowerment & growth/development).
Working in partnership with a lot of big names in the fintech space, their core product is a platform that was built to help companies streamline their on-boarding process, carrying out automated compliance checks on individuals or companies and creating visual reports.
Joining one of their two cross-functional teams, you’ll be tasked with the development of new features and functionality for their core platform. The platform has recently incorporated multiple new functions, including a collaboration tool where back office teams can share/clone/comment on collected data, linking it up to multiple teams simultaneously.
The platform now also offers a reporting infrastructure function that visualises data and helps clients in the decision-making process. Users can upload policies/rules and the platform will do automatic background checks immediately on anyone uploaded.
You would be developing a platform that deals with millions of requests per day, whilst also scaling up daily with over 100 new users/customers.
Any experience in Rust would be a bonus, but a hunger to learn and grow in a professional capacity is just as good!
