This client are one of the largest not-for-profit organisations in London at the moment, with over 20 million users across England and Wales. They’re currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation whereby they are joining their various streams together to create a more seamless experience for their users in need. Given that 70% of their cases are considered complex, this is a really important transition for them to make sure that they are on point with the services they provide.

What’s key here is that you will be working across accessible, inclusive and seamless products and services for their wide range of audiences.
They are looking for a Senior User Researcher to lead their user research strategy and activities spanning a multi-channel service. You’ll be working across their project teams, alongside Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, championing user-centred design.
