User Researcher

The client

This client are one of the largest not-for-profit organisations in London at the moment, with over 20 million users across England and Wales. They’re currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation whereby they are joining their various streams together to create a more seamless experience for their users in need. Given that 70% of their cases are considered complex, this is a really important transition for them to make sure that they are on point with the services they provide.

Now, more than ever they are seeing unprecedented numbers of people seeking advice from their website!

The role

What’s key here is that you will be working across accessible, inclusive and seamless products and services for their wide range of audiences.

They are looking for a Senior User Researcher to lead their user research strategy and activities spanning a multi-channel service. You’ll be working across their project teams, alongside Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, championing user-centred design.

The candidate

You’ll be ideal for this role if:

  • You’re confident leading research strategies in a complex environment
  • You’re confident with both quant and qual methodologies
  • You’re passionate about working across projects that meet the needs of vulnerable individuals
  • You’re happy to mentor more junior members of the team


Please note that this will be a fixed term contract until March 2021.
