A highly successful, fast-growing company based in London that have created a cloud-based SaaS video interaction platform.

The client

Trusted by major publishers and right holders (ITV, BT Sport etc) and also integrating major social media platforms into their platform, they are behind some of the biggest sporting events and TV shows, therefore, leading the way in audience interaction technology.

The role

They’re looking for someone who’s happy to jump right in and take ownership of their work from start to finish. Meaning you will take control from architecture to releasing and supporting in production. They are currently building a browser-based video editing tool, so you’ll get the chance to work on this as well as building beautiful and reusable UI components, and overcoming functionality challenges found in their applications.

The company has a huge interest in innovation and is very big in introducing the latest technology to their platform so you’ll definitely get the chance to play around with cool new tech (plus they’re huge on personal development and provide opportunities like Hackathons, Tech hours and pair programming).

The candidate

This being a senior/mid-level role, they are looking for someone who can define a strategy to perform code migrations and mentor junior engineers ensuring that you maintain the culture of innovation, teamwork and personal development.
Some of the languages, frameworks and tools they’re currently working with include:
JavaScript, React, Mobx, Mox-state-tree, Next, WebSocket, GraphQL, Fargate, WebGL, Nightwatch, CircleCI and much, much more.

How do I get this job?

– Experience with front-end framework, mainly working with React
– Experience developing rich web applications
– Writing readable and testable code
