An established Fintech business based in Central London who are about to launch a bank. Key part of this evolution is bringing in a service designer to get a better understanding of their evolving and changing customer base and ensure their eco-system is offering a quality and consistency of experience that empowers their customers to take control of their finances.
Working closely with the product teams/tribes and the c-suite in taking the lead of how the user experience goals and design across the product eco-system knits together.
Ideally degree in Design, HCD or related field
Demonstrable experience of integrating research into design practices
