Your main goals are to figure out what works best to achieve goals of their existing roadmap at a high level, focusing on how they deliver, measure and track success. There will be a rough guideline to follow but essentially, this will be for you to own the whole Digital Product area, bring new ideas to the table. Working hands-on, finding what is the right structure that aligns across the business, including marketing, tech & NPD. Working closely with the exec team to understand the goals of business and the delivery team’s current weak points. People management is going to be key. The PO’s need different types of career progression and growth – coaching and mentoring is important.
