This is an exciting opportunity to join this modern, personalised, premium beauty brand as their Director of Digital Product. Founded in 2017, their mission was to offer a more streamlined solution to make-up, creating a personalised product, matched perfectly to your skin, hair and eye colour. You will be given the opportunity to set up the digital product team structure.

The role

Your main goals are to figure out what works best to achieve goals of their existing roadmap at a high level, focusing on how they deliver, measure and track success. There will be a rough guideline to follow but essentially, this will be for you to own the whole Digital Product area, bring new ideas to the table. Working hands-on, finding what is the right structure that aligns across the business, including marketing, tech & NPD. Working closely with the exec team to understand the goals of business and the delivery team’s current weak points. People management is going to be key. The PO’s need different types of career progression and growth – coaching and mentoring is important.



The candidate

The Ideal candidate for them will have:

  • A breadth of experience, previously working of different companies
  • High transnational companies are useful, open 24/7
  • Knowledge of branding in a niche market is essential (not necessarily beauty)
  • Ideally experience in a D2C or B2B environment
  • Someone that can need to be hands on, willing to get stuck in. Following through with the finer details.
  • E-commerce is ideal but we have these skills inhouse so not a deal breaker for this role
  • Previous experience working in start-ups, worked closely with C-suite and a founder/CEO, with a proven track record in the digital space
  • Experience in a seasonal driven company would be beneficial
