This globally recognised company are looking for a new Director of Design to join their team.
This client is an international media company, home to some of the most iconic brands. Their award winning content reaches more than 350 million people in digital and social platforms.
They’re currently investing in a huge digital transformation piece with a big focus on rebuilding the design team from the ground up with culture being a huge criteria for them. They’re currently an engineering led organisation, however product leaders are pushing to get design at the core of the strategic table, making it a great time to join.
As the Director of Design, you’ll come in and own the UX and UI strategy and design vision for all digital products, platforms and services across all of their brands. You’ll deliver and advocate for this UX and UI to be cutting-edge and meet business/user goals, underpinned by data, user research and industry best practices.
Alongside this, you’ll build and integrated, global design team, coaching and developing a high performing and talented organisation, providing growth and career progression across all teams. Working in partnerships with senior teams and leaders across the Product Engineering, Editorial, Commercial and Marketing functions, being the voice of Global Product Design.
