Retail Focused Digital Agency

UX focused Customer Experience Director required to create world class customer experience for a range of retail clients. Due to the current climate the role will initially be part time moving to a full time position in the next 3 months.

The client

My client is a boutique retail focused agency who drive innovation and digital transformation for some of the largest and most exciting retailers out there. You will work with a variety of clients to help them form there customer experience and UX strategy that formulate business transformation across both there digital and physical store presence. Pivotal role helping clients adapt, survive and grow in the tricky climate we now live in.

The role

As CX Director you will be part of the senior leadership team and be an integral part in driving growth and creating world class customer experience through providing the best User Experience & strategy out there. With the digital world constantly evolving and customers’ expectations getting higher and higher, you will be responsible for delivering and shaping services that help meet these ever demanding expectations. Key part of the role will be helping clients understand who their customers are to their motivations and habits whilst spotting opportunities to transform their overall Customer Experience and long term strategic goal.

The candidate

Very Important you have in depth leadership level User Experience.

As part of the role you will manage a cross functional team of UX Designers, User Researchers, Content Designers, Product Designers to Developers. You will be responsible for their career development, coaching them throughout and really driving their careers forward.

Opportunity to grow and build out the CX practise, providing strategy and UX services to all of their clients. Important you can spot opportunity to develop and grow clients creating future revenue earning.

You will have demonstrable experience in a UX leadership and strategy positions with ideally 10 years + experience driving customer experience throughout.

Managed variety of teams to working and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Experience using innovation to drive digital transformation and any experience within the retail sector would be great.

Truly is a great position to own and grown a CX function working on some of the most exciting end to end digital transformation projects out there.
