The client is a well-known charity who have big ambitions for digital and creative. They help millions of people every year by creating exciting service design work that affects their brand, digital products, campaigns and fundraising.
The team are digital and creative leaders, collaborating across the organisation to deliver design, content, products and services, in an agile and data-driven manner.
It’s an exciting time to join as there is a new leadership team working on a fresh organisational strategy. Over the past two years, they have restructured their digital team to product to create a scrum approach. There is an opportunity here to be hands-on and have a say in improving the way the organisation works as well as working on products that affect people’s lives around the UK.
The Digital Product Manager will be working within the services team to develop its advice product. You’ll be looking at the people who turn to the charity for help, being in a consumer-focused role.
As the Product Manager, you’ll be helping to build a user-focussed, agile culture. You’ll be responsible for planning, delivery, maintenance and optimisation of digital products to support those in need.
Alongside this, you’ll be developing product visions, establishing meaningful metrics, capturing needs and ideas, validating them with data, and running workshops.
