Over the past two years, they have restructured their digital team to product to create a scrum approach. There is an opportunity here to be hands-on and have a say in improving the way the organisation works as well as working on products that affect people’s lives around the UK.
The Digital Product Manager will be working with the fundraising team to develop fundraising and eCommerce products. This is more on the front-end side of things such as optimising donation journeys, event pages and registration – using data and UX to improve this with an understanding of marketing funnels.
As the Product Manager, you’ll be helping to build a user-focussed, agile culture. You’ll work with the product strategist to develop a roadmap of digital products to support people who seek help from this charity. You’ll be working in a multi-disciplinary team with 3 other Product Managers who all report into the Lead Digital Product Manager.
Alongside this, you’ll work with stakeholders and the product team on weekly tasks that aim to improve products and services.
