A global creative agency specialising in advertising looking for a new Digital Operations Manager.
Who you’ll be joining and what you’ll be doing
Based in central London, the client is a creative agency looking for a new Digital Operations Manager to join their team.
As the DOM you’ll play a key part in the growth of the company’s production capability globally. You will work closely with the Digital Management team to develop team building tactics, team structures, operational processes and recruitment strategies.
The DOM is expected to pay close attention to team communications to ensure that everyone is motivated and feels part of a unified global team. Working as the DOM will include general management of the team from holiday forms to inductions as well as handling the recruitment process, perm and contract roles.
You’ll have the responsibility of the resourcing process and tools, assisting in team leads and determining training needs. This role also has line management responsibility for the Digital Operations Coordinator.
You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing a new resourcing tool that will enable them to scale more easily, and report on live project health more readily. They should aim to have identified a new system within three months and have it fully implemented by the end of the year.
