They are seeking a Digital Account Director to join their team and work across a portfolio of diverse, global brands. The role

As Account Director you will work in a multidisciplinary team across a portfolio of global accounts, managing clients on a day to day basis managing the overall commercial success of your client relationships.

You’ll have the opportunity to take a strategic view, looking for ways to grow existing accounts and deepen relationships. You’ll be able to utilize your experience in winning and delivering high value work for major brands both in the Uk and internationally.

You’ll take ownership of key accounts and their commercial targets, providing and owning plans and forecasts for client development and revenue generation. You’ll have the opportunity to open up new project and program opportunities and revenue streams.

As AD you will assist with creating and delivering pitches in response to competitive briefs, and will be responsible for negotiating high value commercial contracts and SLAs.

Acting as line manager – you will have the opportunity to lead, manage and mentor.

The candidate

  • Extensive Client Services experience
  • Significant experience in a digital agency setting
  • Understanding of user centered design processes
  • Experience owning and controlling sales targets and delivery budgets in excess of £2M
  • Track record of growing accounts resulting in additional revenue – able to provide examples of negotiating & winning complex high value contracts
  • Outstanding ability to build and nurture existing relationships
  • Commercial acumen and ability to seek new opportunities
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budget management and financial reporting
  • Passionate about digital and user centered design
