Do you want to work for a company who are at the forefront of every successful company’s agenda?
Offering 100% remote work and picking up momentum, media attention and public awareness, our client is looking to tackle the problem of workplace misconduct. They’ve created an app that allows employees to report through to the end user (nominally a member of HR), who is able to view complaints through a SaaS platform. This allows them to use data analytics to pinpoint where the problem is and how they can address it.
This is the first DevOps role within the company so there is a lot of scope for you to have influence on the road they go down. The CTO is a big fan of autonomy so if you can make a good use case for a certain technology, they’re happy to take your steer.

Remote working went well for them during lockdown so that’s something they’re happy for you to do as well. Some of the team do like to get together in shared workplaces in London, though there’s no pressure on you to do so if you didn’t want to. There’s also a Deliveroo allowance for the team (who doesn’t like free food?).
