The team is made up of 50 passionate strategists, producers, UX designers, content producers, and engineers (Among a few other disciplines).
As the Digital Design Director you will work closely with the Creative Director (Who is stepping away from digital to focus more on brand) and collaborate with the wider team of Designers, UX and Interactive Developers across pitches and current projects that span a wide range of clients.
This is a hands-on management opportunity where you will have hands-on ownership of projects from sketching, concepting, animating and prototyping to pixel-perfect final deliverables while also managing and growing a team of five designers.
Since you will work side by side with a UX Director, your core focus will be on the Visual side, crafting beautiful yet functional digital experiences and as a team owning digital experience projects for the agency.
