UX Designer

We are working with an award-winning Fintech start up connecting individual investors with publicly listed companies raising capital.

The client

The platform has recently completed a $190m Series-C fundraising from leading global investors and is expanding internationally; they are consistently growing and scaling with help from Softbank who helped fund and launch other FinTechs such as Monzo and Starling. They are now looking to invest even further in their research team.

The role

As a UX Researcher in the team you’ll be required to answer the most challenging questions surrounding their platform, helping the brand to understand what their users need. You must have the ability to clearly articulate and justify your decisions while still being able to take on-board the opinions and feedback of others.

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Working with the wider team to create data driven solutions for both customer and business needs.
  • Advocating user research within the team, helping to define the UXR process, methodologies, and user definitions
  • Create actionable insights that improve customer experience using a balanced UXR approach (commercial objectives, user requirements & product performance analytics)
  • Identifying the product’s potential user base and their underlying needs.

The candidate

You ideally will have:

  • At least a couple years’ experience of product driven UX research in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Clear understanding and experience with qualitative research techniques to improve and define UX design
  • Ability to analyse research findings and behavioural data, using relevant theories and techniques to draw conclusions and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience creating frameworks for UXR surveys & focus groups
  • Interest in the Financial/Investment space
