The client is looking for a new Customer Experience Consultant to join their team. The agency help brands shape their digital transformation strategies and focus on customer needs, designing digital experiences to meet these.

As the Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll be developing partner relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop new proposals and pitches – becoming a trusted advisor.
You’ll also be collaborating with cross-functional teams such as, Experience Designers, UX and Data Analysts. As part of this team, you’ll be advising clients on performance improvement experimentation and digital transformation projects.
The various service areas you’ll work with are Experience (customer experience strategy and UX); Experiment (omni channel optimisation) and Creative Services (concept design and front-end development).
For this role, you’ll ideally have ecommerce and digital consulting experience alongside working on projects with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset and an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth.
You’ll also have great communication skills, using this to establish credibility with clients and peers. Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to use these in difficult and fast paced situations is also key.
