The client is a fast growing start-up. They’re all about dogs, bettering their health across the UK through the products they sell and the donations they make. They are passionate about doing things the right way and with a sense of humour, with an energetic creative team and office dogs.
They are growing rapidly and need a new Creative Project Manager to take ownership and accountability in seeing projects through to completion.
Alongside managing shoots and content generation, you will project manage the creative team’s workload. You’ll be managing briefs provided by stakeholders, communicating delivery schedules and dive straight into project requirements to gain an understanding of needs for projects.
You will also need to educate teams on the creative process and offer both creative and strategic solutions and problem-solving. Alongside this, resourcing allocation of the creative teams work, scoping and having work back schedules is key.
Managing shoots for the company will also be a large part of your role. Sourcing props, locations and ensuring all planning is completed in advance to allow teams to develop a strong campaign narrative.
