They specialise in Product & Service Design, Interaction & Visual Design, Mobile Design and Front End Development. Providing strategy & planning, design, research and deliver creative technology solutions for a range of highly regarded global brands. They shape product and service ideas, design and launch digital experiences.
This role would suit a Digital Account Manager who is looking to progress towards a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be responsible for 1-2 client relationships and delivering growth across 2-3 client accounts. Success in this role comes from growing a sales pipeline linked to your accounts. You’ll be reporting to the Programme Manager.
As the Client Engagement Lead, you will have to build, maintain and deepen client relationships by spending time on-site at your client’s offices. Alongside this, constantly developing your network of clients and attending events.
For this role, you will need to work with the delivery team to scope out a response to a brief in the pre-sales process, effectively mobilising delivery teams. Further, you’ll become a partner and advisor to clients and colleagues as a key part of this role is to ensure you are constantly relevant and can advise.
