Client Engagement Lead for a renowned UX agency. The client specialises in creating digital products that affect people's lives all around the world.

The client

Highly regarded in field of UX and Service Design, their team consist of some of the world’s most talented experience designers. Over years of work, they have developed strategic relationships with brands from a variety of sectors including a large number of top 100 brands.

They specialise in Product & Service Design, Interaction & Visual Design, Mobile Design and Front End Development. Providing strategy & planning, design, research and deliver creative technology solutions for a range of highly regarded global brands. They shape product and service ideas, design and launch digital experiences.

The role

This role would suit a Digital Account Manager who is looking to progress towards a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be responsible for 1-2 client relationships and delivering growth across 2-3 client accounts. Success in this role comes from growing a sales pipeline linked to your accounts. You’ll be reporting to the Programme Manager.

As the Client Engagement Lead, you will have to build, maintain and deepen client relationships by spending time on-site at your client’s offices. Alongside this, constantly developing your network of clients and attending events.

For this role, you will need to work with the delivery team to scope out a response to a brief in the pre-sales process, effectively mobilising delivery teams. Further, you’ll become a partner and advisor to clients and colleagues as a key part of this role is to ensure you are constantly relevant and can advise.

The candidate

  • Have an understanding of IT delivery and offshore team management.
  • Previously worked on UX/service design/customer experience led projects.
  • You’ll have a keen interest in user experience and an understanding of the importance of user insights to help improve the customer experience and business success of digital channels.
  • Has worked in a project-based environment and has led delivery projects.
  • Experience shaping new opportunities.
  • A background working for a consultancy or digital agency.
  • Must have experience working towards quarterly sales targets.
  • Also, experience growing additional revenue from existing accounts with evidence to support this.
