The client is looking for a new Client Engagement Director to join their team. The agency work with huge brands, their work affects the lives of people around the world. They provide training sessions and are made up of a fantastic diverse range of people. They promote a great work/life balance.
As the Client Engagement Director, you’ll work within their Financial Services department, leading the relationship with their reputable key account, a new insurance client. Alongside this, you’ll be collaborating with Project Managers, UX, Designers and Developers to shape projects and ensure they meet client expectations.
You’ll also be setting in the growth strategy, working closely with Strategists and Consultants to build a pipeline of work and manage this. You’ll need to achieve a monthly and quarterly sales target.
Also, you’ll be working with the Client Services team and the Marketing Director to generate marketing plans and a list of potential clients. Supporting the new business team and working with one of the founders is also a part of this role. You’ll need to ensure the pitch team has a strategy for winning.
For this role, you’ll have a track record of growing a sales pipeline with strong evidence to support this. Also, experience working within the financial services or similar sectors, developing client relationships, working with senior level clients and developing opportunities.
You will need to be enthusiastic about the need to involve users in the design process and supporting your clients to become more customer dedicated, being an evangelist for user centred design. You’ll be able to demonstrate an awareness of the UX field and have gravitas – great presentation skills, the ability to ‘hold a room’.
