This independent digital commerce agency is looking for a new Agency Executive to join their London team. This role is a hybrid of an Account Manager and Project Manager position.
This agency work to craft amazing digital experience, designing and building these with users at the centre of their approach. They work with some of the biggest brands across the world in the retail sector, covering all aspects of digital commerce.
They’re now looking for a new Agency Executive to join their team in London, communicating with offshore teams as well.
As the Agency Executive, you’ll be working very closely with the studio and consultancy team, being responsible for the team’s workflow and management of projects taken on – assisting Project Managers with this.
You’ll be keeping clients in the loop with ongoing projects, generating and issuing weekly, monthly and quarterly management status reports and budget updates in a timely fashion. Also, assist in creating proposals and taking on new briefs.
For clients, you’ll be the point of contact and so building relationships with new and existing clients is a key part of this role. Alongside this, you’ll be managing creative projects from concept to final delivery, being the one on top of administrative tasks.
