They shape product and service ideas, design and launch digital experiences.
As the Account Director, you’ll be achieving commercial growth for your client accounts which are aligned to the overall strategic plan. You’ll be seen as a partner and advisor to the client and the agency’s in-house team.
You’ll be working on building and maintaining client relationships through developing your network, spending time on client sites and helping your clients gain recognition for the agency’s work.
Alongside this, actioning strategic plans which align to annual sales targets by understanding client issues; driving opportunities within a sales pipeline (roughly £1m p.a.) and developing proposals with the Delivery Team.
There will also be line management responsibilities where appropriate and you’ll be working closely with teams during the scoping process of client briefs.
