This organisation have a huge remit and investment to build digital services and products that are always on, joining up the customers journey be it starting face2face or over phone. Last year alone my client helped 2.6 million people face to face, over the phone, by email and webchat, and people visited their online advice pages nearly 30million times.
You’ll work with service users, frontline staff, subject matter experts and stakeholders, alongside other researchers to design and continually improve complex services that sit across multiple channels, devices, browsers and platforms.
