This well-funded emerging start up is rapidly growing going from strength to strength, currently around 50 people with the backing of some of the brightest minds in the business world.
The business currently has 3 core business areas from a web based SaaS content driven SaaS platform, AI networking tool to a consultative AI arm. As the most senior experience designer within the business you will work closely with the founders to help build out these core products, designing new functions and tools to really take the products to the next level.
As Lead/Head of Experience design you will be responsible for driving design across all touch points to create services that will democratize access to the constantly evolving world of AI technology. You will help build a design function and team that ultimately lays the foundations for a world-class digital product experience
Currently a team of 2 UX and Product Designers you will lead and help build up the team. Currently around 70% hand on and position and 30% management, however over time as the team grows this will change. Strategic position with board level buy in.
Working on variety of projects from increasing overall traffic and conversation rates on the key platform to helping build out the AI algorithms to help match people to the relevant contacts.

Depending on the candidate, pay £75k – £100k with a 20% bonus and healthy stock options.
