They have a very close-knit team of strategists, service designers, user experience experts and communicators who collaborate with global brands and start-ups across sectors to create innovative, future-ready experiences, which connect people to services across all digital channels.
The role is a great opportunity to get involved in Service Design projects as well as UX ones, even if you don’t have existing Service Design experience (although any would be a bonus). You will play a hugely important part in their team and further growth of the business.
You will work primarily with other UX designers, UI designers and Service Designers as well as building strong relationships with the agency’s clients to help drive innovative solutions forward through exceptional design and problem solving. In turn, generating transformational value by looking at the whole service to unearth market, people and technology insights to create digital experiences that mix hard commercial reality, people-focused insights and technical opportunities.
