Amazing role for a Producer to work across digital, AV and design at an awesome independent agency

The client

Award winning independent full service marketing agency with offices in London and LA. They work across film, entertainment, TV, Consumer entertainment and FMCG brands on a global scale. Due to ongoing growth they are seeking an experienced Producer to join their team in London.

The role

As Producer, you will report to the Head of Production, and will be responsible for day-to-day management and delivery of key campaigns for allocated client accounts with your team. This will primarily include managing workflow across each department, working with key stake holders and following processes to ensure resources are maximised and creative work leaves the studio at a high standard.

What is crucial is having a breadth of experience to confidently work across ALL of the following

  • Out of home (advertising outside of the home, bill boards etc)
  • AV experience (TV/film post production)
  • Press/print
  • Digital/social media campaigns
  • UK traffic

In the role you will

  • Work with internal creative teams to deliver project plans, timeline schedules and implementation of design, AV and digital projects
  • Manage day to day changing requirements to ensure deadlines are met and clients and account managers are 100% satisfied and in the loop throughout. This includes keeping within budget, or communicating and gaining approvals on increased budgets
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timeline schedules and implementation of projects across AV & design work
  • Ensure creative team needs are met with the sourcing and timely supply of all specs, guidelines and requirements
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to Account Directors or client – double check all is on spec/brief as well as quality assure – spell-checking, general eye for detail to ensure work is to a high standard
  • Report project performance and progress to the Head of Production & Account Director(s) on a regular basis
  • Manage profitability across your accounts, in line with agreed profit targets

The candidate

Is a dedicated Producer, creative in their approach and meticulous when it comes to quality, delivery and accuracy. Has a track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a creative agency environment, with an ability to understand briefs, provide accurate work plans, budgets and timelines.

You’ll be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of all marketing creative disciplines – so equally adept at taking creative briefs on design, print, AV and digital, and will be experienced when it comes to trafficking UK TV, online, OOH and press campaigns. You’ll be comfortable and effective when it comes to client facing, able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and preempt and manage risk before it becomes an issue. You’ll have a strong commercial acumen – and an understanding of basic revenue models.
