4 Mid to Senior User Researchers required for an iconic British retailer looking to change traditional shopping patterns for the better.

The client

Much loved British retailer with a huge online and offline presence with stores throughout the whole of the UK. Opportunity to work on diverse range of products and array of different digital and non-digital touch points.

Digital is huge for my client, recently mobile overtook desktop and tablet as the most convenient way for customers to shop. Really exciting time to join as they’re looking to shake up and disrupt the traditional retail model through innovation. Looking to invest up to £500 million in new product and service innovation.

The role

Joining a well-established User Research team, you will work across different product teams, ultimately championing User Research within the organisation, consistently making sure the user is at the forefront.

You will be involved in User Research throughout the whole product lifecycle, conducting research from discovery, conceptual to delivery.  Working in a lean agile manor you will constantly test, learn, iterative to help speed up the process of getting products to market.

Client has User Testing lab in the offices, however don’t just do User Testing, big on using wide variety of research methodologies from ethnography to guerrilla testing to name just a few.

The candidate

You will be an experienced User Researcher with demonstrable commercial User Research experience across a wide range of platforms and different research methodologies.

Important you can demonstrate how your research informs the design decision and overall product solutions.

Ability to work in an agile manor and show stakeholders the power of research and design.
