They’ve decided to develop a second application of their software that is focused on in-depth mentoring relationships, aiming to create stronger relationships between employees and employers. As the company is rapidly growing and looking to scale up dramatically over the second half of 2021, they’re looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in London.
You’d be working with cross-functional teams composed of product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers, you’ll apply your expertise to drive product decisions and deliver customer/user insights. They work with expert consultants in data, who will provide support to this role, alongside their engineering team and their product function.

How do I get this job?
They really want someone that is detail-oriented and can get stuff done with a true passion for providing data and analysis. You’ll need to have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and have a willingness to learn. They’re also keen on someone with an understanding of product principles, Agile methodology, and the importance of Lean philosophy. They’re really interested in someone being very proactive within this role.
Ideal experience:
Although these are the tools they currently use, any relevant experience with other tools/software is still great they really want someone who can demonstrate their ability to translate from raw data to data insights to actionable product enhancement recommendations.
Experience within data science (Statistics- regression, correlation analysis, Python) and knowledge of machine learning would be great but not essential.
