This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a VC-backed start-up that is on a mission to become the leading vertically integrated florist software and ecosystem

The client

They’ve achieved lots of success since their launch, including being voted one of the top UK 100 start-ups as well as creating and maintaining florist relationships worldwide.

The role

They’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join them (initially remote however with future plans to incorporate office work) to help build and strengthen their platform, with lots of plans for the rest of 2021 and beyond, this is a chance to help shape the future of the key technical modules of the core product offering as well as joining a company in the early stages of tremendous growth.

Some of the projects you’ll be working on include developing inventory management tools, a wholesale shop, even website builders and POS systems. As it is the very first vertically integrated SaaS in this area of the market, there is so much to get stuck into!

What will I be doing?

  • Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining responsive web solutions, backend services, and APIs
  • Help build-out and design the infrastructure of their products
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled team to help fuel innovation
  • Maintain best practices of standards and tools used

Their Tech Stack includes;

The candidate

How do I get this job?

Ideally, you will have solid frontend experience with React and backend experience with Node.js as well as being familiar with Typescript and GraphQL. Other useful attributes include:

  • Previous experience with SQL databases
  • Willing to discuss technical problems with other team members and work collaboratively to find a solution
  • Have good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to team members of all technical levels
