Retail Experience Agency

An opportunity to work with some of the biggest retailers in the world

The client

I am currently working with an experienced agency that has a retail focus, working and supporting some of the biggest brands globally. They drive innovation by creating engaging experiences with a balance of curiosity, creativity, insight, and data.

The role

This role will be reporting directly to the CX Director and will be varied day-to-day. From crafting pensive, beautifully crafted interaction design as well as the creation of user cases, journeys, wireframes, storyboarding, and more. This role will also incorporate senior responsibilities such as the management of internal and external stakeholders and the development of the full creative department and improvement of processes within the team.

The candidate

• An experienced Senior/Lead UX Designer.   
• Proven ability of User-Centered Design cycles with experience in the facilitation and management of design workshops, journey mapping and customer flows.   
• Extremely detail orientated with an understanding of best practices and standards with strong problem-solving ability   
• An unwavering curiosity and passion for UX and all things digital
