Senior UX Contract

Established Fintech Start Up

New 3 month Senior UX contract for an exciting Fintech start up making education accessible to the masses.

Working within a small design team you will work closely with the Head of Experience to map out and improve new and existing user journeys, fixing pain points and improve the overall user experience across the whole site. Taking bird eye view of the whole experience, you will help create the best end to end customer experience out there. You will use existing research as well as conducting new guerrilla research to help you understand the users’ needs and requirements. You will also conduct stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to help develop the product requirements and then iteratively design and test new prototypes.

Any experience within the fin tech space will be useful but not essential.

Rolling 3 months.Start ASAP.
