Collaboration is a key element of digital product design with multiple functions in a single team and the need for product teams to work well with other business functions.
However, creating collaborative teams or cultures is easier said than done.
These events aim to explore the different approaches that teams and leaders have taken in order to improve the collaborative nature of their teams, from team structures and processes to hiring and tools.
The aim is to create a truly value filled event that explores the problems, successes and failures seen by organisations as they endeavor to create more collaborate and efficient teams, ultimately elevating the quality of the work they produce.
For this installment, the primary topic being explored is how we can get Design and Tech to work better together in the form of a panel discussion. We have a selection of panelists representing both sides of the spectrum from Carwow, Totally Money and FutureGov who aim to share their experiences, successes and failures in the hope you may learn some new techniques to try for yourself.
The discussion has been broken in to three core headlines:
Section 1) What is collaboration to you?
Section 2) Challenges and successes in your own teams.
Section 3) Tools and tips for improving collaboration.
