Discovery
Getting to know your business:
- We run short discovery sessions to get to know your business; your goals, the team’s needs.
- We assess if the titles and skill-sets you’ve briefed in to us match your needs and ambitions.
- If the brief needs redefining, we’ll do that together. We’ll work together on a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, and a reporting plan.

Define
Perfecting the brief:
- We interrogate the brief, prioritising the skills that mean the most.
- We craft a super precise questions list, helping hiring managers get the answers you need.
- We agree to test agreed competencies to ensure a consistent and fair interview process.

Suitability Screening
Meeting and screening candidates:
- We meet all candidates face to face – in person or on video – and gauge their cultural and professional fit before sending them to you.
- We use the criteria we worked on together to assess their suitability.
- We check all references and compliance.
- We interrogate portfolios to fully understand the candidate’s role in a project.

CV Submission
Filtering down to the perfect CVs.
- Only at this point do we send you a CV, with a detailed write-up reflecting how the candidate meets your business needs.
- We can anonymise all CVs, so you don’t have to worry about unconscious bias.
- We highlight any important or potentially interesting aspects of each applicant’s experience and personality.
